I asked some of the children who attended our L.E.A.P. program last summer what their favorite things were. Here are the responses:
"Capture the Flag and Dodge Ball are my favorite activities we did last summer!" 7 year old boy
"The field trips into town and having water days at the park were a ton of fun!" 6 year old girl
"I really liked the carnival were we would earn all the tickets for prizes." 8 year old girl
"I loved being outside all the time and when the ice cream truck came on Thursdays." 6 year old boy
"Science week rocked! I loved the experiments we did!" 7 year old boy
"Water days! We dumped a big bucket of water on our teacher!" 10 year old boy
"Exercise week was fun. We pretended it was boot camp, and we worked really hard and had a ton of fun at the same time." 6 year old boy
"Dodge ball was fun!" 8 year old boy
"Ice cream truck days and water days were my favorite. They were the best part of my summer!" 8 year old boy
"The kids made my summer the best yet! Where else can you go hangout with 25 out of this world kids and do the coolest activities ever!" 23 year old Escape Leader
